Andy Galeziowski 

Andy is the Principal and founder of KPO Global Consulting.  Andy has eighteen years of professional experience focused in the professional services, hotel and allied technology industries.  Andy's experience includes account management with some of the nation's largest professional services firms and “hands-on” business management as a General Manager of a limited service, Wyndham-franchised hotel.  As a counselor on human resources/immigration issues with an AmLaw100 firm, Andy managed accounts with major global organizations such as IHG, FedEx, BellSouth and Hyatt Hotels.  Andy's responsibilities throughout his career have included: business advising and operations management; marketing and business development; corporate communications; research and analysis; and human resources/immigration advising. Andy's recent professional activities have been focused on project management of key sales/marketing, client outreach projects and RFP responses on behalf of one of the country’s largest law firms.  A licensed attorney, Andy graduated with honors from the University of Buffalo and with high honors from the Syracuse Universty College of Law in 1992.

Bruce Margine

Bruce is a business & human resources professional experienced at providing individuals & companies with strategic and tactical personal and professional consulting. His over 25 years of business and consulting experience with senior business leaders in Fortune 50 and 500 companies includes serving as a senior executive for Human Resources for Aetna, Vice President & Chief Organization Development Officer for Colliers International and Vice President for Training and Development for Cushman & Wakefield.  

Bruce is experienced in virtually all aspects of human resources with an extensive depth of expertise in strategic human capital planning, organizational development, performance management, mergers and acquisition, training, corporate reorganization and staffing. Most recently, Bruce has served as a franchise consultant advising clients during all phases of the business ownership process, from establishing initial personal and business goals, determining the "right" business opportunity through the due-diligence phase, and successfully negotiating and concluding the transaction.
Gary Wheeler, SPHR, GPHR, CCP, CBP

A highly-experience human resources executive, Gary has 30+ years of experience as a hands-on business owner, consultant and HR Director for a large multi-national company. After spending 24-years at United Parcel Service (UPS) working in various assignments that include strategic planning, operations, Industrial Engineering and Human Resources, Gary founded the Virtual HR Director in 2004. The company is a boutique HR consulting firm which works with large, medium and small organizations, helping them with their human capital solutions. Gary also serves as a senior consultant and facilitator for PRISM International, Inc. PRISM International is a leading provider in delivering diversity, compliance and cultural solutions for Fortune 500 companies.  

Gary received a B.S in Human Resources and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He also holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and holds several HR certifications. Gary was a guest adjunct professor at the University of Budapest in Budapest, Hungary and has served as a director on the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), WorldatWork Compensation, President of SHRM-Atlanta, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank Boards. He is also a board member for The Global Diversity and Inclusion Foundation and is the Chair Person for The Global Diversity and Inclusion Certification Institute  

Dustin Clewell 

Dustin has more than 15 years of experience building human resources, operations and brand marketing programs for small to mid-size businesses. His passion is helping organizations design and implement recruiting, talent development and compensation strategies, resulting in “winning” environments where everyone’s goals and performance align toward the company mission. Dustin’s expertise has helped him dramatically lower employee turnover, improve morale, differentiate talent from competitors, maximize communication efficiency, and streamline HR staffing and operational structure to maintain impact while cutting costs. These results have led to awards for best-in-class service, diversity and environmental sustainability.

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University, with a focus on Organizational Leadership. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has achieved certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

James "Jay" Warner​

Jay has 12 years experience in corporate finance and entrepreneurial endeavors. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as Citigroup and Cushman & Wakefield primarily in the budgeting/forecasting, management reporting, accounting and auditing departments. He has been internally awarded for his work in financial modeling and forecasting. In conjunction with his corporate acumen, Jay is also well-versed in the entrepreneurial sector. He successfully founded and ran his own real estate investment company for several years. Predominantly a project manager for residential renovations, his duties included research, acquisition, financing, materials procurement, subcontracting, onsite supervision, marketing and retail sale.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo. He also possesses and MBA concentrating in Strategic Management from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. In addition, he is a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker in the state of Florida.
​Rod Alford

Rod is an executive human resource professional with proven expertise in the areas of legal compliance, labor and associate relations, recruiting, compensation and work place safety. As a human resource executive with Hyatt Corporation, Rod held many diverse positions during his 25 year tenure. These positions included, Director of Human Resources for Hyatt Hotel properties in Grand Cayman and Aruba where he facilitated a successful opening and staffing of both the hotel & casino. Other accomplishments include; Director of Human Resources for Hyatt Regency Hotel & Casino in Lake Tahoe, Senior Director in St. Louis, Area Human Resource Director for Columbus, Ohio and Director of Associate & Labor Relations at the Hyatt Corporate Headquarters in Chicago. Rod brings an expertise to all areas of Human Resources with a focus in hospitality, casino and restaurant operations.

Rod received a B.A. in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University and is pursuing his MBA in Organizational Behavior.
